Earthen Elements Grand Gimeno Wedding

After spending their morning getting ready in the Powder Room and Parlor, Rachel and Aaron met inside Grand Gimeno’s Foyer for their first look. A tap on the shoulder signaled Aaron to turn around, and standing before him was his beautiful bride dressed in a white lace wedding dress. Smiles immediately filled both of their faces and sweet compliments were exchanged. The end of the intimate moment was greeted by cheers from their wedding party, and together the group headed out to the Olive Grove for more photos before lining up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Aaron and Rachel’s guest book, then took a seat. White and green florals mixed with greenery sprouted up from the ground at the back of the aisle and were arranged atop pillars as the ceremony backdrop. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Cocktail hour was filled with a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres. Wood-fired Neapolitan and Meat Lovers Pizza pizzas were cut and served fresh from the oven, a Braised Pork Belly Bao station handed out flavorful bites, and tray passed Beef Picadillo Empanadas and Mini Ahi Tacos rounded out all the delectable eats. To wash it all down the bar was serving up beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Lychee Martini and Amaretto Sour. After plenty of mixing and mingling, everyone checked the seating chart and headed inside for the reception.
Tables bordering a tan and white checkered dance floor were topped with white and green floral centerpieces, white candles, travertine tables numbers, and printed menus. Rachel and Aaron made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Grilled Panzanella Salad, Cabernet Braised Short Ribs, Roasted Atlantic Salmon, Grilled Asparagus, and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes were served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from their event specialist, Lauren. After dinner the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Dua da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. Energized from dinner and dessert, guests hit the dance floor. The evening ended with everyone showing off their best dance moves and sharing their best wishes with the newlyweds.
