Our story starts with Jay’s Catering Company, founded in 1967 on the conviction that catering should be available to everyone—not just the wealthy. Since then, Jay’s has remained within the family and today it stands as a third generation business. With these years of experience, we've found a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, leading to decades of success in the catering industry.

With Grand Gimeno, we were afforded a unique opportunity to design and build a live fire cooking station - a chance to turn food into performance for hundreds of guests.  From fresh Choripan sliders coming off our Argentine Asado Grill to innovative pizzas like carnitas chipotle and sweet & salty pancetta cooking in our Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, this is culinary vision made architecture.
