Grand Gimeno offers one of the most distinctive outdoor wedding settings in Orange County boasting a private olive grove with century-old trees, Mediterranean landscaping, and year-round Southern California weather.
Beneath mature olive trees brought over from Europe sits the ceremony space. Dappled light filters through a canopy of trees. The setting feels both charmingly ancient and intimate, even with 300 guests. Most couples face their guests toward the trees, framing the moment against gnarled trunks and silver-green leaves. Beyond the ceremony, the property offers outdoor space for cocktail hour. Guests move naturally between shaded alcoves, open-air seating, and optional live-action food stations. The transition from outdoor ceremony to indoor reception, or fully al fresco dining, is seamless.Orange County rarely surprises, but when it does, Grand Gimeno has you covered. The indoor reception hall accommodates full ceremonies if needed. You're not gambling on a tent due to rain. The Spanish Colonial architecture works just as well inside as out.
Grand Gimeno was designed and built by Jay's Catering, a third-generation Orange County family business with over 50 years of experience. The venue and culinary experience are one from the wood-fired oven to the live-fire station to the bar.
