Beneath mature olive trees brought over from Europe sits the ceremony space. Dappled light filters through a canopy of trees. Beyond the ceremony, the property offers outdoor space for cocktail hour. Guests move naturally between shaded alcoves, open-air seating, and optional live-action food stations. Grand Gimeno was designed and built by Jay's Catering, a third-generation Orange County family business with over 50 years of experience. The venue and culinary experience are one from the wood-fired oven to the live-fire station to the bar.
