Spanish Colonial Wedding Venue

Grand Gimeno is a Spanish Colonial Revival venue in the heart of Old Towne Orange. Named after its original architect Harold Gimeno, the property has been reimagined for modern gatherings while honoring the details that defined its past: arched doorways, exposed wooden beams, indoor fireplaces, handcrafted tile, and ironwork throughout.

Spanish Colonial Revival emerged in California in the early 20th century, drawing from the missions and haciendas that shaped the region. Grand Gimeno carries that tradition forward with 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. White stucco walls, terracotta accents, and heavy wooden doors frame every room. The style photographs beautifully and feels timeless in a way that trends don't. Beyond the architecture, the Mediterranean influence continues outdoors. The Olive Grove features century-old trees imported from Europe, offering a ceremony setting that feels like you’ve escaped to Tuscany while remaining in the heart of Orange County. String lights, natural shade, and a sense of enclosure make the space intimate despite its scale.

Grand Gimeno was designed and built by Jay's Catering, a third-generation Orange County family business with over 50 years of experience in catering and events. From the wood-fired oven to the live-fire station, the venue and culinary experience are one.
