Colorful Spring Wedding at Grand Gimeno

A tap on the shoulder signaled Ian to turn around for his first look with Sofia. Smiles filled their faces, and happy tears were shed as the couple read personal vows to one another. After the intimate moment, the bride and groom posed for photos with their wedding party and lined up for the ceremony.
Colorful floral arrangements lined the aisle and were placed atop white pillars at the head. Once everyone had arrived and was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Sofia. In front of all their best friends and family, Ian and Sofia recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss as everyone cheered.
Out in the Olive Grove, Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Burrata Pizzas were being freshly cut and served while tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Thai Chicken Spring Rolls, and Caprese Skewers made their rounds. To wash it all down, the bar offered beer, wine, cocktails and the bride and groom’s signature drinks, an Old Fashioned and French 75. As the sun began to set, guests grabbed their drinks and found their seats.
Tables were topped with glass bud vases filled with colorful flowers and tall butter yellow candlesticks. Once everyone was seated, the newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Tri-Tip Carvery, Chicken Marsala, Penne Alla Checca, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Caesar Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. The evening ended back inside with everyone showing off their best moves out on the dance floor.
