Whimsical White and Green Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Vince and Trini met outside of Grand Gimeno for their first look after getting ready in the Powder Room and Parlor. A tap on the shoulder turned Vince around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in an off-the-shoulder wedding gown. Smiles immediately filled their faces and sweet compliments were exchanged. The couple read handwritten vows privately, then joined their bridal party for group photos before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove and found their seats. White flowers mixed with greenery lined the aisle and marked the space where the bride and groom would soon be standing. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Trini and Vince recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Thai Lemongrass Meatballs were tray passed, and Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Meat Lovers Pizzas was cut and served fresh. The bar served up beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature drinks, a French 75 and Hawaiian Mule. Everyone mixed and mingled while the bride and groom posed for photos together as husband and wife, and once the sun began to set, everyone headed inside for the reception.

Tables were topped with custom printed menus in sage green, white candlesticks, and white and green floral centerpieces. Trini and Vince made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, the took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Ensalada Las Mesas followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Roasted Broccolini and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their carrot cake wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a sweet treat for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves while a live band performed on stage.
