Spring Floral Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Joshua and Khak Khak met in the Grand Gimeno Courtyard for their first look on the afternoon of their wedding day. A brush on the shoulder turned Joshua around to see his beautiful bride standing before him dressed in white and holding a colorful bouquet of flowers. The couple showered one another in sweet compliments and shared handwritten vows before heading back inside to line up for the wedding ceremony.

Guests arrived and found their seats in the Olive Grove. White pillars at the head of the aisle were topped with white, pink, and yellow flowers mixed with greenery, and matching floral arrangements marked the back of the aisle. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Khak Khak and Joshua recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

The pizza oven quickly became the hot spot during cocktail hour where Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Sweet and Salty Pancetta Pizzas were served. Guests mixed and mingled while snacking on tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Shrimp Ceviche and sipping on Italian Margarita and Mojito signature drinks. As the sun began to set, everyone checked the seating chart and headed inside.

The reception space was decorated with fresh floral centerpieces atop each table, tall candlesticks to add a romantic glow, and printed menus at each place setting. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs, Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Broccolini Spears, and Asian Cucumber Salad were served while toasts were shared. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner the newlyweds cut into our almond wedding cake with stucco design and invited their guests to indulge in a little something sweet for dessert. The evening ended out on the dance floor where everyone showed off their best dance moves.
