Peach, Pizza, and Puppies Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Tiffany headed out into the Grand Gimeno Courtyard where Hiiro was awaiting her arrival for their first look on the afternoon of their wedding day. The walk along the arched facade felt like forever, but she finally made it, heart pounding with anticipation. All the outside noise was muffled as Tiffany focused on the moment that would soon unravel before her. The months of planning and preparation all led to this, the true start to the day, the moment she sees Hiiro. With a nod of approval from her photographer, Tiffany reached her hand out and tapped Hiiro’s shoulder while their bridesmaids and groomsmen peeked out from the suite window curtains to catch the sweet moment. The second Hiiro turned, Tiffany’s heart fluttered, like it was their first time locking eyes, and a warm smile filled her face. Compliments began filling the space between the couple and cheering arose from the sidelines. A memory that would last a lifetime. With their friends and family now by their sides, Hiiro and Tiffany lined up for the wedding ceremony.

Specks of sunlight and shade covered the Olive Grove floor where the ceremony would soon take place. Wooden bistro chairs were lined in perfect rows facing the ceremony backdrop, an almost complete peach and white floral arch installation that stood tall to frame the bride and groom. As guests arrived, they made sure to stop at the welcome table to drop off their gifts and leave congratulatory notes and well wishes in Hiiro and Tiffany’s guest book. Once everyone was in attendance, a string quartet readied their instruments and began playing. The wedding party dressed in black and shades of pink made their entrances ending with Tiffany in white. Joined together in front of all their closest friends and family, Hiiro and Tiffany read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. Guests stood and cheered as the newlyweds made their exit into cocktail hour.

The smell of fresh pizza filled the air encouraging guests to grab a slice of Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Classic BBQ Chicken Pizza. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed around the Olive Grove, and the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Skinny Margarita and Old Fashioned. As soon as golden hour hit, everyone was invited inside for the reception.

Tables topped with fresh floral arrangements surrounded a white dance floor in the center of the room. Travertine table numbers and name cards helped guests find their assigned seats. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their floral-filled sweetheart table. Family and friends shared toasts while Chicken Santorini, Tri-Tip Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Caesar Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Savannah. After dinner, champagne was popped and our Carrot Cake with Citrus Honey Creme filling was cut. Tiffany and Hiiro invited everyone to indulge in a slice for dessert and meet them out on the dance floor. The evening ended with everyone showing off their best moves, posing for selfies together, and sharing their well wishes with Hiiro and Tiffany.
