Modern Ethereal Wedding at Grand Gimeno
Stephanie got ready in the Grand Gimeno Powder Room with her bridesmaids while Shawn suited up in the Parlor with his groomsmen. Once the bride and groom were ready, they stepped out into the Courtyard for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Shawn around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a strapless wedding dress. Big smiles filled their faces, and sweet compliments were exchanged while the wedding party watched from the sidelines. After a few photos of the couple, their bridesmaids and groomsmen joined in for group pictures, then they all lined up together for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. A modern ground arrangement of green and white hydrangeas was placed as the ceremony backdrop and matching arrangements marked the back of the aisle. Once all the guests were in attendance, the music cued up, and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Stephanie. In front of all their friends and family, Stephanie and Shawn read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Guests lined up for Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Classic BBQ Chicken Pizzas that were cut and served fresh while Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Mini Ahi Tacos were tray passed around the Olive Grove. Signature Aperol Spritz and Tequila Moscow Mule cocktails were poured at the bar along with beer and wine keeping guests refreshed. After lots of mixing and mingling, guests checked the seating chart and headed inside for the reception.
White draped canopies were stationed around tables topped with green and white floral arrangements. Shawn and Stephanie made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Pear and Walnut Salad was served followed by plated Classic Filet Mignon and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Haricot Verts and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes while guests shared toasts. After dinner the newlyweds cut into our Vintage Heart Cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. After a sweet treat, everyone hit the dance floor. Dances were shared, selfies were taken, and a late night snack of Mini Corn Dogs and Cuban Papas Rellenas were highly appreciated by guests. Well wishes were shared and Stephanie and Shawn were sent off with love of love.
