Blue Ombre Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Blue Ombre Wedding at Grand Gimeno

James and his groomsmen suited up inside Grand Gimeno’s Parlor while Emma and her bridesmaids got ready in the Powder Room. Palm Sandwiches and Ellie’s Pasta Salad were snacked on, champagne was popped, and once everyone was ready, the bride and groom stepped out into the Courtyard for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned James around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a strapless wedding dress. Smiles immediately filled their faces when they saw each other, and when they realized their wedding party was watching with phones up from the suite windows. After sweet compliments were shared, the couple joined their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group photos, then lined up for the wedding ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed James and Emma’s guest book, then took a seat. Plumes of white floral arrangements lined the aisle with baby blue bows, and at the head, two tall blue-to-white ombre floral arrangements stood tall framing in the bride and groom’s ceremony space. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Emma and James read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests lined up for Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Alfredo Bianca Pizzas while tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts made their rounds. To wash it all down, the bar served up beer, wine, cocktails, and Old Fashioned and Sour Watermelon Margarita signature drinks. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds posed for photos together around the venue and popped champagne for their champagne tower to conclude cocktail hour.

Inside, tables were topped with white flower centerpieces, table lamps, custom printed menus, and blue floral-patterned plates. Emma and James made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Chicken Marsala, Filet Mignon Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner, Emma changed into a second look and cut our Lemon Blueberry Vintage Heart Cake with Citrus Honey Creme Filling with James. After sharing a bite, the couple invited everyone to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
